AllyProof Accessibility Statement

AllyProof works to improve digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We use our scanning platform alongside targeted manual checks to identify barriers and track remediation on our own website.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. allyproof.com is tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using automated multi-engine scanning plus targeted manual review. Our latest automated scan found no covered failure patterns, but that result alone does not establish full WCAG conformance.

How we measure ourselves

• Production scans can run from the dashboard, API, CLI, MCP, or CI. AllyProof records the scan source, timestamp, score, and findings in the same site history.
• We use axe-core and HTML_CodeSniffer for automated rule checks, with APCA as a separate advisory contrast check. We review findings in their page context.
• Color tokens are designed in OKLch with mandatory contrast checks at definition time. Brand accent green was darkened explicitly to meet WCAG 2.2 AA against white surfaces.
• Visible skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, ARIA where native HTML semantics fall short, and a keyboard-trap-free command menu (Ctrl+K).
• Our interface uses Base UI components alongside custom controls. Keyboard operation, focus behaviour and accessible names require testing in their final context.

Known limitations

Automated scanning detects common failure patterns, not every accessibility barrier. Reading order, screen-reader usability and interactive workflows require manual evaluation. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us with the page and steps involved.

Compatibility

allyproof.com is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and the following assistive technologies: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android), and Windows Narrator.
